It seems that winter hasn’t quite abandoned us yet. Everything is getting greener, the flowers are blooming, but the weather hasn’t improved so much since spring started a month ago. It’s still rainy and windy and the temperature is still low in Dublin. But the forecast promised a sunny Saturday and, despite the temperature, we decided to go to the beach this weekend.
We spent the day exploring the coast of Malahide and Pormarnock, in north County Dublin. The scenary there is very beautiful: from the Malahide marina with dozens of yatchs, we went south and encountered a beautifully rugged coastline, golden sand beaches and gorgeous dunes and stunning views of Lambay Island and the Howth peninsula.
